2021 Mugen Challenge
hosted by LCRC Raceway

In this email, you will find everything you need to know for the race in one place. We have organized it according to the schedule of the weekend.

Track Practice: Day 1

Thursday, August 19th: 4:00 pm -  8:00 pm
This will be the first time that racers that were not apart of the Drake Clinic will have a chance to get on the track.  This practice is included in your race fee.

The Social

Thursday, August 19th starting at 8:00 pm
At LCRC Raceway, we believe the time shared with friends and family throughout the weekend is just as important as the time on the track, and are proud to offer you the social to set the tone for the 2021 Mugen Challenge!

Directly following track practice on Thursday, we will host the Mugen Challenge Social! Kick off this epic race weekend by hanging out with your friends and fellow racers!  During the Social, you can enjoy the fantastic food of Elencanto Taco Truck, featuring tacos, loaded nachos, and the very best street corn. For dessert, visit Sparkys Mini Donuts, featuring the most mouth watering donuts around. At the center of it all, the classic rock band, Steel Horse will entertain you as you play corn hole, or just bring a lawn chair to enjoy the music from around the fire pit.

Track Practice - Day 2

Friday, August 20th: 10 am - 8pm
Sign up will be held in person inside the hobby shop between 10 am - 6 pm. We are hosting controlled practice throughout the day. We will also host 1/10 and novice only practices throughout the day. Times for these sessions will be posted that day.

Oval Racing: Nitro Latemodel Showdown

Friday, August 20th: 8:00 pm
