🔵Track Practice: Day 1 - THURSDAY — August 20th, 2026
Adam Drake Clinic: 7 am - 1 pm
Nitro Caddy Golf Outing: 8:30 am
Off-Road Practice: 1:30 PM – 9 PM
Sign-Up & Hobby Shop Open: 8 AM – 6 PM
Thursday will kick off with the highly anticipated Adam Drake Clinic from 7 am - 1 pm. Didn't make it into the clinic? The Nitro Caddy golf outing will tee off at 8:30 am next door at Lost Creek Golf Course. Practice will open to racers at 1:30 pm, following the organized practice schedule below:

🕺We are SO excited for our next LCRC Social, featuring the Mugen Friday Night Oval Quicky at 7:00 pm.
🔵Race Day: Heats - SATURDAY — August 22nd, 2026
Late Comer Practice: 5 AM – 6:30 AM
Sign-Up: 5:30 AM – 6:30 AM
Drivers Meeting: 6:45 AM
Racing Starts: Immediately following Drivers Meeting
*Qualifying to be completed by 11 pm
Late Comer Practice will only be for racers who did not practice on Thursday or Friday and will run from 5:00am - 6:30am. The mandatory Drivers Meeting will be held at 6:45 am, with racing directly following. Racers in the 1/8 Novice Class and the 1/10 Scale Class are generally first, and should come to the drivers meeting prepared to race. We plan to be done qualifying by 11 pm.
🔵Main Day - SUNDAY — August 23rd, 2026
Main start time depends on entries
Mains completely by ~5:00 PM
Race Format:
11 cars to each main with 2 car bump-ups (13 cars total)
25-minute Nitro A-Mains
15-minute Nitro B-Mains
6-minute Nitro Lower Mains
10-minute Single Electric A’s (8 min 1/10 mains)
6-minute Electric Lowers
Awards: Top 5 in A, TQ, & Winner of B
At LCRC, we set our schedule around finishing racing on Sunday by 5:00 pm. On Saturday evening, we will set up the race order, and run a time table to estimate the finish time. Sunday's start time will be announced at that time.
Directly following racing, we will hold a podium presentation behind the drivers stand and award the Top 5 In the A Main, The Top Qualifier, and the Winner of the B Main. Following the podium presentation, join us for a 2 Lap Fun Powderpuff Race! This is a fun event for Mom's, Sister's, Girlfriends, and Pit Families to barrow the car they have been cheering for all weekend, and give it a shot themselves!

🪑 PITTING
Pitting is available throughout the facility at LCRC!
• Pit Lot 1 is a great place to set up for the weekend
• No reservation required (first come, first serve)
• Gravel pitting with electric available throughout
Want to be closer to the action?
• Limited 10x10 tent spaces are available in “Tent City” near the hobby shop
🧰 What to bring:
EZ-Up, table, chair, and extension cord
⚡ Important:
The numbered spots on the map are reserved camper & trailer spots with electric
🚘 PARKING
To keep as much room as possible for pitting near the track:
• Cars must be parked in the car parking area near the rear of the facility
• You may pull up to your pit space to unload
• Please move your vehicle after unloading
This helps us keep everything flowing smoothly all weekend 🙌
🏕️ CAMPING / CAMPERS & TRAILERS
If you’re bringing a camper or trailer:
• Please stop near the hobby shop and have an LCRC staff member assist with parking
• This helps us fit as many racers as possible and keep everyone close to the track
⚡ Electric hookups are only available for racers with reserved numbered spots
All campers must check in before parking
Please pull forward enough to keep roadways clear
