2022 North East Showdown

We are 30 days out from our next Offroad Race of the year: The 2022 North East Showdown! This email will provide everything you need to know about the race, whether your visiting us for the first time, or already part of the LCRC Race Family. 

Track Practice: Day 1

Thursday, May 19th, 2022 from 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm
The track will be open for practice on Thursday for early comers.
 
Track Practice: Day 2
Friday, May 20th, 2022 from 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm
We will be hosting the second day of practice on Friday, as well as opening sign up from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. 
LCRC Social
Friday, May 20th, 2022 from 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Spend time with your race buddies and enjoy the amazing music of the Live Band  Steel Horse as we kick off a great weekend of racing with fellowship! We encourage you to bring corn hole boards, chairs, and enjoy the show and social time!

Other Lodging Ideas

We have heard from many of you that the hotels in the area are sold out, and we are here to help! Check out these alternative lodging sources in Juniata County courtesy of Juniata River Valley's Visitors Bureau. 

The staff at LCRC sets up a number of EZ Up tents for reserved pitting spots in advance of each of our events, mostly for sponsors of the event and staff helping with the event. These tents are set up in the “sidewalk” area directly around the track side building (shown below). If you want to pit in the area between the hobby shop and the track, (We call this area tent city), you can build out from the tents already in place as long as your tent (or EZ Up) is 10x10. Your vehicle will be required to be parked in the “Car Parking Lot” in the back field. Staff will be on site running the golf cart around to help you get back and forth to your vehicles. All numbered spots are reserved for camper hookups.

If you would rather pit elsewhere, Pit Lot 1 is sectioned into 12x12 spots that are available on a first come first serve basis. (There are no vehicles allowed in Pit Lot 1.)

We do have tents, tables, and chairs available for rent. If you wish you rent a tent, table, and chair, you should contact us ahead of the event to be put on the list.
