JConcepts 0540W White Saber 1:8th Buggy | Truggy Wing

JConcepts introduces the Saber rear wing, a new aerodynamic option for 1:8 off-road racers. Shown at the 2026 IFMAR World Championship in Hutto, Texas, the Saber combines distinctive airflow features with mounting options for racer tuning. The design incorporates recessed side dams and air escape passages along the back wicker section, giving the Saber its signature appearance and approach to airflow management.

The new details provide racers with a new and innovative wing option as they evaluate vehicle balance across different track conditions. The side dams feature notched lower and upper sections diagonal to each other to give an unmistakable look during competition. The side dams provide a hefty amount of straight line and lateral stability while incorporating a large area for number placement and decal management. The center divider is also present on this design to tighten up rigidity and assist in forward tracking. 

From the top view, the attack angle of the main base plate has an angular flow by first retracting and then a sharp return to the side dam for support. A highly transitional base with a lowered section in the center brings the Saber wing a bit lower in stance to give a racer vibe to the competition package. The air escape passages also have ribs built underneath to reinforce openings and add durability to this aero based piece. Pre-dimpled locations on the rear gurney provide reference points for adding additional air escape holes that racers routinely use.

The bottom of the wing features a mounting grid of horizontal and vertical lines which allow racers to tailor the installation to their preferred vehicle setup and position.
